I've noticed the recurring idiocy in certain people, and how whatever this specific idiotic attempt and what futile efforts are made still seem to result in no more then a festering pile of self loathe, and how they seem to be doing this over and over again, making everyone around Him/Her simply more and more frustrated. I had hoped on doing a cross dressing Luigi, (I had done one for my friend, with Luigi in a Nurses gown) but decided to wait. then decided to wait again, and again, and you get the flow of it.
